I started CrossFit in 2012 and immediately fell in love with the competitive atmosphere and the daily challenges that CrossFit offers. I had always considered myself to be in pretty good shape, competing in triathlons and many other endurance events, however, after completing my first WOD I was quickly humbled. I realized that even though I had really good endurance, I was greatly lacking fitness in many other areas.
I graduated from Texas State in 2013 with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. Along with coaching at FitnessLab CrossFit, I am also coaching cross country at St. Peter and Paul and work as a gait analysis/shoe specialist at U-Run. I love coaching others to help them achieve their fitness goals!
