I started Crossfit in 2008 as a way to injury proof myself, and I was hooked immediately. In 2010, I made the decision to join a Crossfit affiliate and get serious about my fitness. I began coaching in 2012 and have loved it ever since; I particularly enjoy helping people out with gymnastics movements and mobility issues. I am currently perusing my Master’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation at Texas State. I’m looking Forward to helping the FitnessLab community grow and improve in every way possible.
