Coaching since 2008, after getting into CrossFit in 2006 because I was out of shape after life and jobs got in the way. My athletic background is wide and varied but I spent a fair bit of time as an Elite Level Rugby player (Former US Eagle Jr Pool Player) and I spent 6 years as a Cat 1/2 Cyclist which allowed me to compete in the 2000 Olympic Trials. However, my athletic endeavors have had a downside which includes 9 Knee surgeries on my right knee and 3 shoulder surgeries, so I have a bit of experience on how to come back from extended lay-offs.
My athletic goals are to get a lot stronger, run Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Go-Ruck and to begin racing my bike again this year. My longer term goal is to qualify for the American Open as a Masters Lifter within the next 3-years.
My goals with Fitness Lab CrossFit is to take my clients to the next level in their fitness, nutrition and CrossFit lifestyle and to help make Fitness Lab CrossFit one of the premier Strength and Conditioning facilities in the nation.
